EXPRESS WOD is a class designed for athletes of all skill levels who need a quick, fast pace workout. The programming will contain the same CrossFit intensity, scalability and coaching philosophy. In fact, the programming will be the same as the regular CrossFit class for that day, except there will be no skill or strength before the WOD.
This class is a FREE addition to all memberships offered at DBCF. We’re constantly trying to add more value to our services and provide you with a top of the line fitness experience.
EXPRESS WOD will be offered Monday thru Friday from 12:00pm – 12:30pm. As demand increases for this class, additional times will be offered in the future. Happy WODing!
