At Diamond Bar CrossFit, we are committed to building a community through health and fitness. Since the world is going through a really rough time, we want to do our part to help by providing workouts to the community for free.
Who are the workouts for?
Anyone! These workouts will work for all fitness levels and a coach will give options and modifications. These workouts are similar to our BurnX class we offer which is a class which is high intensity interval training (HIIT) geared towards leaning out and improving cardiovascular capacity through a variety of workouts. Think of it as Crossfit without the barbells.
What about children?
Yes! Get your children involved! This can be like PE for your home school (that’s an hour of your time you will not need to plan for!). Coach Ram is a Elementary PE teacher in the Walnut Valley Unified School district and would love to see some of his students there while he coaches!
Do I need equipment?
We will be using things like dumbbells, kettlebells, and jump ropes for the workout. But, if you don’t have any of those things, don’t worry, the coaches will advise you on what you can use, or movements you can do as an alternative.
How many people can join the workout?
For now we have 100 spots open. If need be, we will open more spots for the live workouts. If you can’t make it to the live times, there are links below for you to access some of the previous workouts.
